- Payments: billing details, GST number, invoice and payment status. Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking details.

2. How we use it
To answer enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support our services, process payments, communicate about projects, and improve our website. Promotional messages follow your preferences and the law.

These products may hold patient, appointment, billing, employee, attendance and payroll information entered by our customers. Customers are responsible for having the right to enter that data. Where we process it for a business customer, the customer agreement also applies.
7. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no system is fully secure. We keep data only as long as needed for services, accounting, tax, legal and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymise it.
8. Changes, law and contact
We may update this policy and change the “Last Updated” date. It is governed by Indian law.
