These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.softfyr.com and the services and products offered by SoftFYR Technologies, a unit of Veridian Innovations Private Limited (“SoftFYR”, “we”, “us”).

1. Our services
We provide website development, mobile app development, software development, digital marketing and custom digital solutions, and we operate SaaS products including DocYori and Salary Wire.
The scope, timelines and price of each project are set out in the quotation, proposal or agreement we share with you.
2. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the content, access and approvals we need on time.
- Make sure you own or have the right to use any content, logos, images and data you give us.
- Use our website and products lawfully, and do not misuse, copy, disrupt or try to break into them.
- Keep your account details and passwords confidential.
3. Payments
Fees are as stated in the quotation, proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable by the due date shown. Taxes such as GST are extra where applicable.
Delays in payment may pause or delay work. Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Ownership and intellectual property
The SoftFYR name, logo, website and our products, including DocYori and Salary Wire, belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you.
For custom work, ownership of the final deliverables passes to you once all fees are paid in full, unless the agreement says otherwise. We may keep our own tools, code libraries and know-how, and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
5. SaaS products
Use of DocYori, Salary Wire or any other SaaS product is also subject to the product terms or customer agreement. You are responsible for the data you enter and for having the right to enter it. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
Some services depend on third parties such as hosting, domains, payment and communication providers. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or policies.
7. Disclaimer and liability
We work to provide reliable services, but our website and services are provided “as is” without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will produce a particular business result such as rankings, traffic or sales.
To the extent the law allows, SoftFYR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that caused the claim.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to our website or products if these terms are broken, fees are unpaid, or use is unlawful or harmful. You may stop using our services at any time, subject to any agreement between us.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the changes.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India, subject to any agreement between us.
